Delivery & Returns

Delivery:

FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £30. A standard carriage charge of £3.95 will be applied to all orders below £30.

We currently only ship within mainland UK.

All orders are processed and despatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). The approximate delivery time upon receipt of order for UK mainland is 2-3 days. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.

Goods will be sent to the delivery address stated in the order confirmation. If you experience any delays in delivery beyond 5 working days please contact Customer Services, Tel: +44 (0) 2380 460 690 (9am –5pm Monday to Friday) or email cservices@clickhealthandbeauty.com


Your Right to Cancel:

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:

  • Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed.
  • Customised or bespoke Products.
  • Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety reasons cannot be resold.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

This is not intended to be a full statement of your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Full details of your rights are available from your Local Authority’s Trading Standards Office.


How To Return a Product:

Returning a Product Ordered in Error:

If you wish to return an item ordered from us in error, you can do so within 30 days of receipt of goods. Please return using our free returns service detailed below, you do not need to contact us first. If your product is faulty please refer to our Returning a Faulty Product section below.

Please return your product using our free of charge service via Hermes. You can arrange a parcelshop dropoff without the need for a printer, you’ll just need your five digit Click Health and Beauty Order ID starting with #. You can find this within your order confirmation email. Please then follow the instructions here: https://www.myhermes.co.uk/return#/

Your refund for the purchase price of the product, along with any standard delivery charge of that order will be issued once the products have been received in by our warehouse.

The amount refunded will be less any relative discounts applied to the original order.

Any FREE items included as part of the original order must also be returned to receive a refund. If any items are not returned, we reserve the right to deduct this from the value of the refund.

If your cancellation request is received before your order has been despatched, we will issue you with a full refund.

Faulty Products:

A “Faulty Product” is a product deemed to be defective due to faulty materials and/or workmanship which occurred within the stated warranty period.

If the product arrives damaged or faulty you must contact our Customer Service Department within 48 hours.

If any product you purchase develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, we will offer a refund or replacement.

If within 1 year of purchase you return the product with your order confirmation and provided the fault is not due to customer negligence, we will offer a refund or replacement.

Once an item has been classified as Faulty according to the above definition, the product should be returned to our Head Office for further inspection as detailed below.

Returning a Faulty Product:

Please email cservices@clickhealthandbeauty.com with images and description of the fault and whether you require a refund or a replacement in accordance with your legal rights. Our policy on faulty products does not affect your statutory rights.

We will respond within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) to confirm whether your product has been approved for return. Please then return your product using our free of charge service via Hermes detailed below:

Please ensure to include images of your faulty or damaged goods when contacting Customer Services and return the product in a suitable box including all original packaging.

We aim to process any applicable refunds within 14 days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse. Please note that for security reasons we cannot refund a different payment method to the one you made the original purchase with.

Please also note that for security reasons we can only send out replacement items to the address used in your original order.

If a faulty item is deemed to be caused by negligence, there will be no refund made.
