Designed to wrap comfortably around the neck, over the shoulder, across the stomach and lower back or draped over an arm, joint of leg, the versatile heat wrap delivers sustained and long-lasting heat therapy or cold therapy to various aches and pains.
Cassandra's Lavender Scented Wheat Heat Wrap is made in Britain and filled with 100% natural lavender scented wheat. The breathable tartan designed fleece sits cosily and comfortably against the skin. Simply microwave for targeted heat therapy or freeze for cooling cold therapy.
Instructions for use
Heating: Place your heat pack in a turnable domestic microwave (max 1000 watts) and no more than 60 seconds; adjust heating time accordingly to the power of your microwave. Can be used as often as required providing it is allowed to cool fully before reheating. Run briskly between your hands to evenly distribute the heat before use.
Cooling: To use for cold therapy and as a cold compress for bruising and swelling, place in a sealed bag and freeze for at least two and half hours.
