6. Images on our website do not show actual size of items and all colours may vary to that listed. It is possible for our product specifications to change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a substitute product. If you are not happy with the replacement you can return the goods to us within 28 days of order. Please refer to our Returns Policy.

Except as specifically stated on this site, to the fullest extent permitted at law, neither Click Health and Beauty nor any of its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of it or the information, content, materials or products included on it. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties. For the avoidance of doubt, Click Health and Beauty does not limit its liability for death or personal injury to the extent only that it arises as a result of the negligence of Click Health and Beauty its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives.

8. Prices quoted on our online catalogue are in Pounds Sterling. We reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time.

Click Health and Beauty do try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, however errors may occur. If an error is discovered we will contact you. In the event that you order an item and the price published is incorrect for any reason, we will endeavour to contact you to advise of the correct price and determine whether you still want us to fulfil the order at the correct price. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order if the product is displayed at the incorrect price.

9. All orders placed with us are to be paid for prior to the goods being delivered. Payments by credit/debit card are processed via WorldPay secure payment processing, as are any subsequent refunds. Click Health & Beauty does not offer credit terms.

Credit/Debit cards (MasterCard, Mastercard Debit, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro & JCB): If you choose to order and purchase online, your payment is made securely at the time you order via our website. Once you have placed your order you will be taken to the WorldPay secure server to enter your card details and complete the purchase transaction. You should then receive an email from us to confirm your order request (please check to ensure that all the details are correct) and another from WorldPay to confirm your intent to pay by card. Please note that our order confirmation email is not acceptance of your order, neither is the WorldPay email. No contact for the sale of any item will exist between you and Click Health & Beauty until we accept your order by dispatching the product to you.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

The price you pay for the product(s) will be the price shown on our web site at the same time of ordering. The price will include any applicable Value Added Tax.

10. Access to certain areas of our website is restricted. We reserve the right to restrict access of our website, or indeed our whole website, at our discretion. It is your responsibility to ensure that your online account details are kept safe and you must not disclose it to anyone. You are responsible for all actions taken under that account and shall only use the site under your own account details. You must not transfer or sell your account to anyone, nor permit, either directly or indirectly, anyone to use your account. If there are any changes to your customer details it is your responsibility to notify us as soon as possible.

11. We reserve the right to terminate our agreement to do business and to suspend or terminate your access to the site immediately and without notice, if;
a) You breach any of the listed Terms and Conditions.
b) We suspect you have engaged, or about to engage, or have been involved in any way been involved, in fraudulent or illegal activity on the site.

12. We do not accept any liability for any website not under our control, which may act as a portal to our site or be connected by a link with our site or that we connect to by a link.

13. The online order system will provide you with an opportunity to check and correct any input errors before you confirm your order. Following receipt of your order, confirmation will be sent to the account email address as provided. Please note that this email is acknowledgement, not acceptance of your order. The order will then begin to be processed by the Click Health and Beauty Customer Care Team. The office hours are 9am –5pm Monday to Friday. Until goods are despatched no contract will exist between you the account holder and Click Health and Beauty. Your Invoice/Delivery Note will be enclosed with your order.

14. Delivery

UK Delivery

Depending on the size or value of your order, delivery will either be sent via the DX Group Secure Service (larger orders, over 750g in weight, including packaging) or by Royal Mail 1st Class (smaller orders, below 750g in weight, including packaging). All carriage paid orders (over £35) will be sent via the DX Group Secure Service. Please note that any order sent via the DX Group Secure Service will require a signature on delivery.

If you are out when we try to deliver, a card will be left with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery. Please note that any parcels returned to the DX Group Depot will only be held for a maximum of 5 working days. Should you not arrange re-delivery of your parcel within this period it will be returned to us and re-sent, for which you will incur an additional standard carriage charge (£2.95 for UK).

All orders are processed and despatched Monday to Friday. The approximate delivery time upon receipt of order; for UK mainland is 2 working days and outside of UK mainland will be 3-5 working days (excluding public holidays). Goods will be sent to the delivery address stated in the order confirmation. A standard carriage charge of £2.95 (UK Orders) will be applied to all online orders below £35. Any order over £35 will be carriage paid.

For Christmas Deliveries, we recommend that you order by the 17th December. We will endeavour to despatch all orders within the above delivery time frames, however we cannot guarantee delivery on or before the 24th December.

We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to an event outside our reasonable control.

Delivery Outside Of The UK

Delivery charges outside of the UK depend on size and weight. Please email letterbox@clickhealthandbeauty.com with your enquiry (product and quantity).

15. The Goods are at the risk of the Customer from the time of delivery or, if the Customer wrongfully fails to take delivery of the Goods, at the time when Click Health & Beauty attempts to make delivery.

16. Click Health & Beauty Returns Policy. We strongly believe in the quality of our products! So if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return the goods within 28 days of the purchase date for a FULL REFUND or EXCHANGE of the price you paid for the products, excluding any delivery charge. All items must be returned to us in the original packaging. All returns are subject to inspection (usually within 72 hours of receipt), once approved we will then process your refund. *We offer FREE RETURN SHIPPING (UK only orders) via the DX Group or prepaid Royal Mail postal service (depending on the size of the return). Please contact Customer Care who will arrange collection via the DX Group (larger products) or send you a Prepaid envelope (smaller products) so that you can return the purchase to us. Please note if you choose to return the item(s) to us without using our Free Returns service you will be charged for postage and we cannot refund this charge. 17. Customer Reviews. Only registered users are permitted to post reviews. We reserve the right remove any customer review at any time. A review will not be posted on the website if it:
o does not relate to the product in question.
o contains false or unfounded statements.
o contains content or language that will cause offence.
o includes spam, hyperlinks, HTML, computer script or advertising.
o contains personal information (i.e. phone numbers, postal addresses, account details, etc.)
o contains content that will infringe upon the material, trademarks or intellectual property of others.

18. Paul Murray Plc has a ‘privacy statement’ for all customers. All details that you provide are securely stored and will not be supplied or sold to any outside organisation.

This notice will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.
